According to The Mirror, the world’s most famous celebrity couple have adopted both a super strict diet and an exercise regime. Kim Kardashian is no stranger to working out, but reportedly her workouts with Kanye have reached a whole new level of intensity. Kanye is now working with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak who has convinced the legendary 37 year old rapper to shift from late night junk food to a diet high in quality protein sources. Shifting from carbs to a high protein diet is known to help reduce cravings, decrease water retention, and increase muscle mass – all which Harley believes are the keys to getting Kanye into the best shape of his life.

When the rapper father was evaluating his options for personal trainers, Harley was the natural choice because he has know the rapper for over 10 years and knows what it takes to keep one of the most creative and impulsive celebrities in the world in shape and accountable. One of Kanye’s other secrets that he learned from both his trainer and his wife – eat more, but smaller meals during the day. The globetrotting father now focuses on eating at least five meals a day that are rich in protein and snacks on high protein smoothies – up to three a day. It is widely reported that Kim and Kanye rarely slow down and spend most of their time traveling all of the world on lavish trips, making public appearances, giving concerts, and of course living a high stress life as global celebrities.

In order to stay in shape and live life to the fullest, the word’s famous couple are extremely health conscious. Both Kim and Kanye understand that the key to living a full life is being healthy and happy. Kanye is also using a fit-bit fitness tracker to measure how many steps he takes in a day and then he is also required to email his trainer Harley Pasternak all of the meals he eats everyday.
